What is the CTC Additional Warranty Coverage
The CTC additional warranty provides a 4 + 3 days of coverage for eligible items that are purchased from us.
The warranty covers the product for 4 days but will also take into account that it may take up to 3 days for the item to reach the customer hence the 4 + 3 days.

The CTC additional warranty will be valid from 01/06/26 to 07/06/26

What does the CTC Additional Warranty Coverage do?
In event the product is defective or malfunction, customer can bring back the product that has the CTC Additional Warranty Cover and exchange for a new product.
Normal product warranty by the manufacturer typically will only service and repair the defective or malfunctioning unit and will not change a new unit for the customer even if the unit is new.
That means downtime for the customer that has to wait for the agent to come pick up the defective unit and bring to their service centre to assess and do the necessary repairs if the fault lies within the scope of the manufacturer warranty. This is the usual procedure even if the unit is just purchased and new.
But for products covered under the CTC Additional Warranty, we will exchange a new unit for you instead of the hassle of sending in and waiting for the defective unit for assessment and repairs.
This ensures customers need not worry about getting “lemon” units so long as the customer purchase the CTC Additional Warranty Coverage for the unit that they purchase from us.
